Where is Sleep Hollow situated?
Sleepy Hollow is based at a great location in the Southern Camping area close to the action and all amenities. The exact location will be displayed on the festival map but you shouldn’t be able to miss the large Sleepy Hollow signs and the Teepees and Gers.
Can friends camp with me in their own tents?
No – Sleepy Hollow is for booked accommodation only, we suggest you invite your friends along and book something a decent size for all of you.
Will there be room for my car?
Yes absolutely, but remember some areas can be closed to vehicles by Rainbow management if they get full, you should always be able to get your car out, but you may not be able to get it back in again. If you wish to come and go in your vehicle it is best to drop your stuff off and park the car in the main parking area.
Where do I pick up my keys or get assigned my Yurt, Teepee or Tent?
During peak arrival and departure times one of our team will be present within the village to help you settle in. We will also have a white board in the communal area where messages can be left for staff and patrons. (They will never be far away) If you have a specific or unusual time you are going to arrive you can always let us know through email at: sleepyhollow@rainbowserpent.net
When do I get my security deposit back?
Once our team have checked your accommodation has been left in an appropriate and clean state your security deposit will be refunded to you electronically via PayPal within 14 days.
I have other questions!
That’s fine email sleepyhollow@rainbowserpent.net but please be patient as a response may take a few days at least.
