When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will begin to be sent out from the start of November. You will receive an email prior to your ticket being shipped from Greentix.
I have a further ticket enquiry, who do I contact?

Do children need a ticket?
Children under 12 can enter free with a parent or guardian of parental age.
Will tickets sell out?
Rainbow Serpent Festival does have a limited capacity, and while the festival has not historically sold out our numbers are increasing each year so we advise you to buy your tickets early to avoid possible disappointment.
How can I pay for my merchandise?
Rainbow Serpent has partnered with PayPal to process all online merchandise orders. If you do not have a PayPayl account that is ok, you can complete your order using your credit card instead. Please just follow the online instructions at time of purchase and contact us at shop@rainbowserpent.net if you have any queries.
Shipping details
Your order will be shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery charges are automatically calculated at time of purchase.
Please note that all delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves the warehouse. We usually process orders within 72 business hours.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post Domestic and International.
If there is no-one to accept delivery, the courier will take your package to the nearest Australia Post Office. The courier will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience.

Online Store Returns
No refunds shall be given unless the goods fail to comply with the Sales of Goods Act.
Please note: Certain fabrics reflect light differently depending on lighting conditions, resulting in apparent slight colour variations shown in the catalogues. Therefore, colours depicted should be used only as a guide.

If the online item you ordered is out of stock (due to being snatched by one of our retail stores) we will credit your account accordingly and will send out your package with any other ordered items.
