Whether you produce your own music, spin vinyl or CD’s or even play in a band, Rainbow Serpent Festival is always on the lookout for talented people to grace our stages.

While Rainbow is definitely not the place to have your debut performance, if you or your band have a lots of experience playing at events or festivals and feel you have something to offer, we’d like to hear from you. Please fill in the Musicians Application form which can be accessed at the bottom of this page.

To maximise your chances of success we suggest the following.

• Take your time to fill in the form as completely as possible.
• Rushed applications with missing information are at a distinct disadvantage.
• Don’t embellish your experience, if we are interested we will definitely be checking up to confirm the details you have supplied.
• If you think you may not quite be ready for Rainbow, wait a few years, get more experience and then apply, all good things take time and the experience will be the better for it.
• We are specifically interested in your past gigs in Australia or overseas and your releases and which label you are signed to, so please don’t forget to include this information.

Please note that if Rainbow is interested in discussing your application further one of our music coordinators will be in contact with you.  We get a MASSIVE number of applications each year and it’s impossible for us to get back to everyone. Please don’t harass us for a gig as it simply won’t work and could possibly jepordise your future chances.
